Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders over £75.

Shipping charges for orders under £75 are calculated at checkout.
UK Shipping Options
We offer two delivery options within the United Kingdom:
- Standard Delivery: Estimated 3–5 business days.
- Expedited Delivery: Estimated next business day for orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday) except Bank Holidays.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
International Orders
Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
