Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Not marked as a final sale item
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
