Orders

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favourite items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I amend or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been dispatched.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking ID and carrier details by email. You can also visit our Track My Order page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage and we'll resolve it promptly.
